IEEE Standards Association President-Elect The 2019 IEEE Annual Election will start on 15 August and end at 12:00 pm Eastern Time USA (16:00 UTC) on 1 October 2019. Information about the IEEE Standards Association President-Elect candidates can be found at the link below. Candidates are listed in the order the names appear on the IEEE Annual Election ballot and indicates no preference.
